A big thanks to the people who have confirmed that they are still coming along to staff the water station. Quie a few of the people who I emailed did not reply so if you are interested please let me know. We are also handing out HI 5 energy gels so we need more volunteers than those that have confirmed. The water station will be facing the entrance to the old heritage market and we need to be there to set it up at 9.00 am. Please let me know ASAP if you want to come along and help out

Sorry guys, I'm nto going to be able to help out this year as my parents are coming up for the weekend.....Good luck to all running and I'm sure I will hurl some words of wisdom at you all around the park somwhere!
