Reviewing the groups sounds interesting and a good idea Tim (she says, hoping not to be downgraded!)
When you're putting together plans can I put in a request for a variety of surfaces, whilst weather and light allows please?
It may be that I've been missing some grass/track/park runs by not coming on Tuesdays, but it does make a difference. The prom, though scenic, is particularly unforgiving as it's even harder than tarmac.
