Surely you could just add a couple of extra efforts?

A different session wouldn't really need to be planned, just make sure if it's partner stuff you have a partner who also wants to do a bit more!

Sounds like a plan Michelle.

I was just thinking out loud about whether there'd actually be just an extra Group for those who want to take it easy cuz of Sefton Park 5 and the regular Groups would do their normal thing.

Coach, what do we have planned for the Groups for the coming week?

I suggest for Tuesday this week that each of the 5 groups do an easy 4 - 5M run for those doing the Sefton Park 5M race on Wednesday.
For those not racing on Wednesday I suggest that groups 2/3 combine and do 2 sets of 6 x 90 sec efforts with equal recoveries - Springwood Recreation Ground (opposite the Cemetery)and
Groups 4/5 combine and do 2 sets of 8 x 1 min efforts with equal recoveries - Clarke Gardens

Bringing this back to the top for any members who are wondering what's on for each Group tonight.

After last nights race I suggest each group does a steady run - with the option for non-racers to do 3 or 4, 5 minute slots @ 10k pace before jogging back to group.
Group 5 - Garston fire station, Estuary Business Park
Group 4 - Calderstones pk and golf course
Group 3 - Sefton pk
Group 1/2 - Otterspool Prom
