I'd like to make a suggestion for next year. Why not send reminders in February and give members a REAL deadline of no later than end April for completion of forms etc., after which the applications received are made and cards dispatched by EA.
Every year we seem to have to wait 3-4 months before a valid card turns up, and I can't imagine it's fun for the membership secretary et al to do all the chasing.

Thanks Cristina its a good suggestion that ill take back to the committee. What i would say with respect to this year though is that a lot of the delays for those who have paid promptly are due to the handover of the membership secretary role between myself and Shane so apologies for that.
