Groups 1 & 2 - Camp Hill - top path to bin and return in pairs x 10
Group 3 - Clarke Gardens - 2 sets, 9 x 1 min with equal recovery
Group 4 - Allerton Towers - 8 x 1 lap in pairs
Group 5 - 2 sets, 6 x 1 min with equal recovery
Thursday:
Groups 1, 2, 3 & 4 - Devil's Gallop - group leaders please post departure times etc
Group 5 - Otterspool Park trails - meet at Garston at 6.45pm as usual

I wont be doing the Gallop myself on thursday, ill be joining Eamonn and co for an easy 5 miler if anyone cares to join in that one leaving the club at 7pm as usual. If any group 3 members are doing the Gallop id suggest they leave the club at 6:30.

6:45-6:50 for Groups 1 and 2. Should be somewhere around the 7:30/mile pace with a bit of an old-fashioned tear-up on the beach for those who fancy it!
