I don't think they were UKA approved distances. I like to think I would have won both, but for my old lazy legs.
John I think I may have moved up an age group (or 2) by the time these results are out
Hiya Lads, the Harriers havent got anyone updating the website at the moment, so it is unlikely that the results will be published anytime soon.
I have emailed Taff and Mike D to ask for the results. Will post results when they arrive.
Cheers
Shane

Some great times considering the hot conditions.
Also at least a few other potential pb's (colin, ste, others?) but seen as the chip timers seem to have added ten to twety seconds on most times i can only speak for myself
I thought it was chip time used rather than the gun time?

nomenal!
Wow!!! That's a fantastic achievement Tarja. You're amazing!!!!
Well done Tarja, amazing. Makes me feel even more like a southern softie!
Thanks guys! It was my 1st tri race in my homeland (and my dad's B-Day), so quite a special occasion. Winning F40 and 4th lady overall was sweet, getting a PB a bonus on a tough course
A good way to celebrate the 10th anniversary of my 1st marathon, and I am pleased to say I run faster depite having swam and biked before the marathon
I'll stick to short events for a while now tho

Two falls on the way down. Time lost searching for glasses after one of the them!
Nige, that's three falls counting your Bob Graham adventure, you're nearly 50 pal, stick to the road for your kids sake
27km, 1000m climb (and ankle-jarring descent)
155 KELLY Neil 2h41:24.8
269 KELLY Maria 2h53:27.8 (10eme Senior Dames)
Le Belier, La Clusaz - oh I say, aren't the Kellys sooooo posh !
Sounds like a really good deal. You'll not get an 1000m ankle-jarring for anything like that price in the UK. Very tempting to enter as a Tres Senior Homme next year !
Joking aside, that's a great effort from both of you.
Oh là là well done, that's brilliant! I hope you have photos for the striding report.

Small field but more runners from PLS than from any other club
Cheeky things, gave me an extra h and another 2 seconds at least. I'll never break the world record at this rate
Still, PB after 3 years of trying. I forgive them.
