Hi,
Is anybody planning to take any group 3/4/5 runners out on Thursday? Don't fancy the gallop this month as I am running on Saturday in the Lakes.

I'll take a group 3/4 mix out on the gallop Thursday if anyone fancies it, leaving the club at 6:30pm

Group 1/2 will be heading out on the gallop at 6:45-6:50 if anybody's keen.
