Made up - couldn't make it due to family commitments. Can't do next week either - work commitments. Will be there the week after, though. Made such a big difference to my running!
Seems Tuesday warmup is scuppered this week by the Walton Park 5 Mile Race and the fact I'm going to be stuck in Warrington on a course with work. I swear it's a conspiracy.
