Yes its that time of year. the relays are just around the corner

The northern 12 stage relays are going to be held on sat march 15th at heaton park manchester. No detailed info yet but stages will be under 10k probably closer to 5 if you have not done them before relays are absolutely brilliant.
It would be great if we could get 3 full teams. Penny lane A,B,C. All abilities welcome. Get it in your diary and put your name down here. i cant stress how much of a good day you will have. Also If there is enough demand I may organise a coach

I need to make a date with the physio but if I'm fit I'm in? What time does it start and finish. I'm already racing the next day again fitness permitting.

Yes, come on ladies we managed a bronze medal last year. They are a great day out and open to all members, put your name here or see me on club nights for more info.

Getting this one to the top again as we need a few more runners so that we have two full mens and ladies teams.

Cross country achievements show how well we work as a team and the relays give us a chance to recapture that spirit - minus the mud and rain (mind you, it is in Manchester and it was cancelled last year due to snow, but you get the idea!)
