While those of us competing at Heaton Park tomorrow are wondering how much longer until they hand over to someone else, spare a thought for John who is running a full marathon down at Stratford-on-Avon, starting at 11am
If he doesn't go well (and I'm sure he will), it won't be for want of training as I know he has prepared thoroughly for it.
