First race of the 2014-15 Multi-terrain championships
Delamere Forest Parkrun, 5km on the woodland trails around the mere. Mostly stoney so normal running shoes will suffice. A nice introduction to multi-terrain racing
9am start from the Old Pale car park by the Linmere Visitor Centre. If you've ran it before in the past the start has moved so you've been warned!
