Just a little message to see how you guys are doing..hope you are all well, I've been mad busy since I left garston in the nursing home I work in , so avent had time to log on here and be nosey ha. It's good to see the club is heathy and strong as always wich is good to have good club we all know you have to have dedicated people involved and dedicated members .anyway enough of bigging you lot up ..I do hope to see you on a water station helping out...so bye for now.and keep striding..
