Hello joe. Club sessions are Tuesday and Thursday at 7 from the sports centre except when the mystery 5ks are on although there are usually a few who do an informal run from the sports centre.
If you want to arrange a run on another day you are best suggesting a time, meeting point pace and distance and giving some advanced notice.
