Another social event for the diary folfs.
wirral coastal bike ride.
when: sunday 31st August.
meet: ar James street station at 8-45 to catch the 9-02 train to Hooton station.
course: join the wirral way passing through Willaston, Parkgate, Heswall, Thurstaton areas until west kirby is reached. Then along small stretch of road to Hoylake and then along the Promenade through Meols, Leasowe, New Brighton areas to Seacombe ferry.
The course is about 25 miles mostly off road on the Wirral Way and Coastal promenade.
it is a social bike ride at a leisurely pace with plenty of refreshment stops.
Returm: on 3-30 ferry from Seacombe to Peir Head.
Leading the way will be the lovely Marie Motley. Hope you can all make it.
