As discussed at a recent comittee meeting our annual handycap 5k has been renamed to memorialise a true strider who served the club so well over the years.
This years Andrew Stansfield lamplight 5k will take place on Tuesday october 28.
Put the date in the diary and we will be collecting entries in sepember

The cross country is likely to be the Sunday before so you may have to decide which one to work hard in

Clarkes Gardens xc should be Sunday 26 October.

We support these fixtures and all Striders are invited to enter - just don't make too much of an effort if it's on the day before one of the Sunday League fixtures!
