Its stated on the PLS training info that the Devils Gallop is scheduled for tonight.

What is the expected leaving time of each group.

Hi Dale, thanks for the reply. I have known for a number of years that the gallop is the last Thursday of month but I was basing last nights training session on what was stated on the training group info links. How accurate are they?

As it happened I ran with Gordon who led Group 3 and it was a fantastic session. I probably enjoyed it better than doing the gallop and stayed cleaner!

The scedule is accurate with the exception of the gallop. Come the last Thursday of this month I'm sure people who want to gallop will organise departure times on here and those who would like to do a session can do the one on the scedule.
In general the schedule is there to provide our training with structure but it is not always possible to follow it to the letter
