I have done afew runs in these shoes and they are excellent trail shoes but unfortunately my toes next to my big toes are hitting the end of the shoe & getting sore ....Ouch!
I wear a size 6 Asics ladies road shoe & size 6 Salomon speed cross shoes (which are a snug fit but do have more toe room). Probably would be better suited to someone with size 5 and a half feet.
Please post here if you would like to try them. I am hoping to be at the Wirral MT tomorrow so will take them with me.
