British Athletics Cross Challenge / L&D, Sefton Park Sat 29 Nov

Any information on this event? Usually have to enter a few weeks in advance, are we looking at doing it?

If I'm not mistaken you only need to give your name to the captain and you're in!
you pick up the bib on the day from L&D xc series organisers and you run!

as simple as that!

This one is the day before our sunday league fixture at Arrowe park. I personally will be saving myself for that. Although i wont be 100% after running the last one injured set me back a bit. Niel , Lyndon if you would like me to eneter you for this one too i will but im not gona try to encourage anyone who's not determined to run this to put there name down

Grey Squirrel don't hang about too long as I am not feeling 100% so I won't be running this weekend unfortunately.

I'm running tomorrow. 9.8k of cross country will be a good test!

I've got a cheque for our entries and will collect race numbers from the registration tent.
