Excellent performace at the xc today.
Mens team were clear winners by my calculations. The squad looked very strong with lots of runners edging closer to the counter positions and more still breaking the top 50.
The women seemed to have a syncronised vomiting competition at the end, peronally i love to see this kind of comittment. not sure how the women done overall but it looked like they gave 100%
well done everyone who ran. give youself a pat on the back
