A nice challenging undulating trail run taking in reservoirs, woodlands, and a bit of road. You'll soon understand why it's called Roller!

Don't make the mistake of using the postcode on the entry form to find the event, you'll only end up in a cul-de-sac a few miles away...I think everyone has done that at some point!

Haha, yep, Sam & I found ourselves in that very cul de sac last yr.
In the ensuing panic to find the route to Roddlesworth in time for the start I managed to spill coffee all over some of Sam's precious CDs!

By the way, how come we don't include 3rd place in the awards?
Gold, silver, bronze and a podium ideally.. it's an istitution!

Any reference to the fact that this year I will finish 3rd is totally unrelated
