Are there any groups doing around 20 miles on Saturday or Sunday around 8/8.15 minute mile pace around South Liverpool who may be looping back to pick others up? I was hoping to go out with the group to Formby but I've been ill this week and may not last the whole 20 so would like to be local if I had to drop back. Cheers, Fi x

it's usually with a PLS gang, depends on family matters...
but it's always at the iron bridge @0730...

The Misery Train is meeting at St Michaels station in Aigburth on Sunday at 9am and running to Formby Station (20/21ish miles) We can then get the train back to St Michaels. Pace should be 8 -8:30 min miles

That's great for the options. I think Formby may be a bit of a long stretch Id have to complete so I think I will take Cristina up on her 2 laps from Garston and do an earlier bit either by myself or with you guys from Iron Bridge if that's ok?
