Ello all my old strider buddy's long time .hope ur all well , hope ur not all jangling outside the entrance still haha, it was great to see ste doing the hillsbourough 5k run around Stanley park I was in work watching from the nursing home I work in just on anfeild rd. so I had a gd spec..( well done ste)...
