Well done to all who ran today, really proud to see 4 men's teams and 3 ladies teams all turnout and put in some great running performances all afternoon in some pretty windy conditions (it definitely got worse by the time I did my lap!)
Honourable mentions to Cristina for stepping in to organise the ladies teams, Nigel Grant for collecting the numbers, Tommy Gates for providing us with some common sense and fixing the wobbly gazebo and to Matt Helme for running in his 3rd out of 4 races over the weekend.
My man of the match, however is David Webb who running the last leg for the "d" team looks to have smashed his 5k pb on a tough course (unfortunately we don't have an actual prize yet!)
