Morning....okay so it's the annual Christmas Devil's Gallop on 20 December 2015....starts at 10am (Pretty sure I have that right)...meetings times at club to be decided nearer the time by respective groups...but brekkie is to be arranged...I have spoken to Otters Cafe this morning and cost of brekkie is £5.95 INCL. UNLIMITED TEA AND COFFEE...it is amazing and Christmasssseeeeey......Get the date in your diary...the more the merrier.

I'll be at club soon after 9.30, and happy to take a G3 paced run if there are enough takers at 9.45 to ensure making it back in plenty of time to make breakfast!! Remember it's about 9.3 miles and will take around 1hr 30mins
