Ello to all striders , it's been a long time since I checked what's going on on the site. And by the looks of things you lot are doing well,and still working hard on your training nights at garston just looked at all the pics of you lot..and it brings back good memories off when you lot took over my car park and parked wherever the hell you liked haha but I couldn't tell you off ..because there was to many of you..I hope you all still remember me..
