Fancy a bit more cross country? The National Police Cross Country League has invited any Striders who want to take part in their local fixture at Clarkes Gardens on Wed 3 March at 14:00 to participate for free - you can take part as a guest and will be included in the results.

It's going to be 3 or 4 laps of the bottom field and woodland area (latest L&D loop) with the start area likely to be at the bottom of the field by the pub in the park. If you want any info comment here or get in touch with me. Or just turn up with your Penny Lane vest and tell them I sent you ;-)

It is a bit of a one-off because we helped them set up the fixture at short notice, so if you fancy something a bit different and you are free on a Wednesday afternoon you can chase after police officers in the park. Never say I don't find you interesting stuff to do.
