Tuesday Night Warm Up Sessions

Morning All,

In response to comments received in the recent Members Survey the Tuesday night warm up session is up and running again. It starts at 6.15pm in the small sports hall at Garston (the one we meet in before the main session), and is lead by our UK Athletics qualified Coach, Tim Warn. The sessions include a varied mix of agility, balance and co-ordination exercises, drills and skills to improve running technique, core strength work and mobility/stretching exercises. Perfect preparation for the main efforts session and suitable for all group members and its FREE, so give it a go.
