Many thanks for the great support from fellow Striders during the Manchester Marathon. Tim Warn was amazing seeming to pop up all around the course on his bicycle. Also great to see some old faces around the course that I've not seen for a while. And a special thank you to Tom Rimmer for putting up with my nattering for about 3 or 4 miles. The company was appreciated, just bring your ear plugs next time Tom.

Totally agree Paul. The support from fellow Striders all round the Manchester marathon course on Sunday was amazing. Makes you proud to wear the famous black and white vest! Huge thanks everybody and well done to all who ran!

Just seen the results from Arley Hall 10k the same day. A great turn out from the club there too with some brilliant times and more
