Just checked and my RNR 1/2 marathon officially 2:06:09. At odds with my Garmin by about 40 seconds. I blame the vest, must be defective!

I finished the RnR half in 2hr 53 but I wasn't down as a penny lane Strider (even though I ran in my vest) as I entered before I joined :)
