if anybody fancies an off road run this Sunday,visiting as many parks and open spaces in south liverpool in 9-10 miles,I will be running from garston sports centre at 9.15.
Pace will be about 8 mmiling.

Dry enough for road shoes.

Shame I would have jumped on but going out really early as want to be home for about 9am!
