Training Plans are in the process of being updated with the dark nights drawing in and the switch back to the Autumn/Winter routes. New plans will be published asap. In the meantime, Thursday night sessions are:
Group 1 - Prom - progression run
Group 2 - Mossley Hill hills
Group 3 - Fire Station route including 4x5 minutes at 10k pace
Group 4 - Woolton Hills
Group 5 - Asda Route
Also just a reminder that it's time for the Hi-vis clothing to make a reappearance from your wardrobes please - it's now dark by the end of the sessions!
