Hello All, training plans for the winter are being updated and will be posted once ready.
In the meantime for tonight sessions are:
Groups 1 and 2 - 20 x 1 minute
Group 3 - Estuary Square - 3 laps of the square at 8 min/mile pace, followed by 10 x 60m sprints ( 3 lamp post length) 30 sec recovery between sprints
Group 4 - Fire Station - pyramid session 1,2,3,2,1 and repeat.
Group 5 - Cressington - 1,2,1,2,1,2,1 (1 minute recoveries)
