If you fancy trying something a bit different which will get you fit(ter),why not try some circuit training.My classes are at IM Marsh sports college,Barkhill road,Mosley hill,and are every Monday ,starting next Monday,7.00-8.00.cost £5.
Circuit training uses body weight exercises I'd press ups,sit ups etc and the circuits change every week,so you won't get bored!
