In my 9 years of llama/alpaca experience I have only read of twin births occuring. I have scraped up a good 20+ afterbirths, and there has never been a fetus present. I've never heard of that! I've read that back in the day the South American Camalids were so highly regarded as Gods, and Sacred animals, that I just figured they used a llama fetus to carry on the traditions. Can you tell me where you found your information? Thanks!
