Victor Sen Yung on "The Rifleman"

Saturday, July 11th on AMC-TV: THE RIFLEMAN Eps 3.34: "The Queue" (original air-date 16 May 1961) Guest Star: Victor Sen Yung.

This Saturday on American Movie Classics (AMC), a special encore broadcast of THE RIFLEMAN starring Chuck Connors and Johnny Crawford. For fans of Charlie Chan, here is our own Number Two Son in a special role set in the wild, wild west.

Look for the father & son scene in which Sen Yung explains a difficult "life lesson" to his boy by relating lessons he, the father, learned from his father. One would think that Sen Yung is speaking about lessons passed on by his "pop", Charlie Chan.

This special episode of THE RIFLEMAN is not available on DVD and has been "blocked" by YouTube.

Steve, I have seen this episode and couldn't agree more. That scene at the beginning, where Chuck Connors (alias Lucas McCain) spouts out an "Aphorism" is worth watching alone! TXS Lou
