I am so sorry you are struggling, but you are really heading in the right direction from what you say in your poem. (written a lot of those myself thru my stuggle with this) I know it is easy to say & hard to do I am have to confess I have been neglectful at it but think it really will help if you try and focus on the good things in your life. Try writing down at least one good thing it may be as simple as seeing a pretty flower to as inspriring as your poem but the secret is to let you feelings out in healthy ways (like the poem) and try and remember the good things. It can be really hard I know. I am struggling to but your poem helped me. Take care
It's like a prayer as well.
It reminds of David in the Psalms.
He starts out with gloom, but refocus' at the
end on God/Jesus knowing that He is the guide, refuge of tower etc.
Keep writing you are doing the right thing.
Wish I could write too. I have a hard time getting my thoughts on paper.
