Is online learning effective for sales leadership skills?
I’ve been considering taking some online programs to improve my leadership skills, but I’m not sure if learning this kind of thing remotely actually works. Can you really develop leadership abilities through online courses, or is it better to learn everything through experience?
Re: Is online learning effective for sales leadership skills?
I used to think leadership was something you could only learn on the job, but structured learning actually makes a difference. Especially with sales leadership courses online, you can go through real scenarios and frameworks at your own pace. What worked for me was combining that with actual team situations — applying what I learned right away. It doesn’t replace experience, but it definitely speeds up the learning curve and helps you avoid common mistakes.
