How do you evaluate an outsourced email support provider?
We're comparing a few outsourcing companies, and every provider seems to emphasize speed and the number of agents available. Those things are useful, but I want to know what else I should look at before choosing one. What would you consider essential?

I'd look at security, training, CRM integration, quality control, scalability, and the actual escalation process. The number of agents wouldn't be my main deciding factor.
