Just a reminder that the team club relays are on Tuesday 7th August at the start area of the Mystery 5k at Wavertree. Will start at 7pm but please get there for 6.30 so we can sort teams out.
It will be in teams of 4 and each team member will run one lap of the course then repeat till all 4 members have ran it twice. First team over the line that have completed all laps required wins and will receive a team prize. Club vests/tshirts on the night please. Remember it's a bit of fun and not meant to be taken seriously
After that if anyone fancies a drink afterwards we can meet at the Penny Lane Wine Bar.
