**12 & 6 stage relays (men teams of 12, Ladies teams of 6) at Birkenhead park Sunday 22nd March (12 noon start men & 12:15 Women) it’s another free and superb club race.
The relay is split into two lengths a short (4k) and a long (8k) same distance for Men & Women. So some will be doing a long length and some a short length. It’s a massive event with catering, toilets & I think there is a running clothes/shoes stall all massively discounted.
