PLS 1 mile TT challenge

So some PLS competition time!! A ONE MILE TT 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Here are the rules:

1. Submit your best one mile time each week for the next 4 weeks. First week commences 13th April
2. One submission per week
3. Run close to your home if possible (if you cant leave your home and have a garden, run around the garden! Still counts!)
4. Try and run when there are less people out and about (ie morning/evening)
5. Social distancing rules apply
6. ** Send a screenshot of your run with time to pls1miler@hotmail.com **
7. I will acknowledge each submission so make sure I reply to your email at least by the end of that week
8. In the email, include your name and age category
9. I will post weekly top times for each category
10. At the end of 4 weeks, there will be prizes for each age category and overall improvement (men and women)
11. It’s a bit of fun!
12. Safe stay and be sensible!

(Please note, I am still at work so I will do my best to keep uptodate with the postings!)
