Hi everyone, here is the link to book your place for our next PLS social event - the Andrew Stansfield Memorial 5k and Curry Night on Tuesday 27th October, staring at 7.00pm.
All you need to do is to log into your online account and pay your £5 fee.
This promises to be a fantastic night! Each runner is given a handicap so we all have an equal chance of winning the race. There will also be a raffle, and we will be holding the draw for the club places in the Virgin London Marathon, not forgetting the delicious curry, of course!

I've been trying to get into my account but cant because I'm not on my work lap top grrr. Im all for progress but didn't know if I'd be fit enough to run'til tonite!

Hi everyone, tomorrow promises to be a great social event for the club, with 124 members signed up. Thank you all for getting involved!

Please don't forget to wear bright colours / hi viz, even though we're on the prom, it's still better to be on the safe side.

If anyone could contribute raffle prizes too, that would be much appreciated.

We're assembling from 6.30pm with the first runner off at 7.00pm.
