I had the pleasure of coming to one of your yoga classes in May and enjoyed it, it was my first ever!

Elizabeth it was such a pleasure meeting you at Unity South Atlanta Church. It was also an experience participating in your yoga class. It was my first ever and I must say I enjoyed the class and it was very relaxing which is something I need to do more. I did not understand the hummmm part because usually when I get relaxed and I want to talk to God I just talk to him. I talk to Him alot and that is what keeps me strong no matter what I may be dealing with. But I did enjoy the different positions and I have found that I am stiffer than I thought! Smile
